As I began testing my mouthwatering concoction on various foods, i quickly realized that it enhanced the flavor of nearly everything, from chicken and shrimp to vegetables and ice cream, Yes even ice cream! It’s an all-purpose sauce chuck full of healthy ingredients, and a spicier version for those who crave more intense jerk-flavored heat will debut soon. CG Foods IL was named after my mother, Catherine Grimes, who died in
